ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE IN THE PERSON WHO IS ATTENDING'S NAME. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHERE TO GO BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE DO NOT TOLERATE LATENESS.

PIERCINGS: ANYONE 13 YEARS AND OVER MUST PRESENT PHOTO ID. ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PARENT
OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. THEY MUST ALSO PRESENT PHOTO ID. NO ID, NO PIERCINGS, NO ACCEPTIONS!

YOU MUST BE 16 YEARS AND OLDER FOR LASH EXTENSION SERVICES AT FIFTY LASHES BY MARDI.

Inner Chi & Beauty requires a non-refundable booking fee of 50% on all bookings. Your booking fee will need to be paid at time of booking to secure your treatment. Remainder of your treatment cost must be paid in full at the end of your treatment time. Please ensure you are 100% confident with your booking before finalising with the booking fee

We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling, however a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling (or rescheduling) of appointments is necessary to avoid cancellation fees. We welcome you to send someone else along instead rather than incur a cancellation fee. For cancellations, or rescheduling, with less than 48 hours notice clients will be charged 50% of a normal appointment cost by way of a cancellation fee. For bookings with vouchers, please note cancellation fees will be deducted from the value of the voucher as per the above description where applicable.

Where the booking is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 3 hours’ notice, or where a client is a no-show for the appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the full appointment cost will be charged.

PEOPLE IN NON COMPLIANCE TO POLICY WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS.

If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not notified us, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited and also deemed as a no-show! If you are a no-show and have not paid the outstanding amount, you will be banned from booking again until this has been rectified.

Lash Infill Requirement: A minimum of 50%-60% retention of lash extensions remaining. Otherwise a fullset will be charged for the session.
